Voluntary Contributions & Charges

The Department of Education’s policy on Voluntary Contributions, Charges and Fees requires schools to outline the schedule of voluntary contributions and charges.

The John Butler Primary College Board has endorsed the schedule and it is broken into three sections and will allow you to calculate all costs that may be incurred throughout the school year.

This schedule does not apply to those students who pay full fees in accordance with the conditions of their Australian entry visa. Families of students holding a 457 visa will receive separate information about the fees applicable to this visa class, while all other visa class holders that fees are applicable to are advised to contact Education and Training International (ETI), a group that manages fee paying students on behalf of the Department of Education.

NB. Considering the ever changing landscape, in terms of health advice whilst living in times of a pandemic, there is a possibility all students may also be required to supply and maintain a small bottle of sanitiser for their personal use during school. If required, this request will be communicated via Connect, prior to the commencement of the school year.
