The Department of Education’s policy on Voluntary Contributions, Charges and Fees requires schools to outline the schedule of voluntary contributions and charges for 2020. The John Butler Primary College Board has endorsed the schedule and it is broken into three sections and will allow you to calculate all costs that may be incurred throughout the school year.
This schedule does not apply to those students who pay full fees in accordance with the conditions of their Australian entry visa. Families of students holding a 457 visa will receive separate information about the fees applicable to this visa class, while all other visa class holders that fees are applicable to are advised to contact Education and Training International (ETI), a group that manages fee paying students on behalf of the Department of Education.

Your child’s Personal List for 2020 (Booklist) outlines the items that your child(ren) will require for their personal use during the year.
The prices for materials provided by Campion are competitive but you are under no obligation whatsoever to use this service. I wish to make you aware that the school receives a commission from Campion for the sales of these Personal Items Lists and the prices have been discounted accordingly to remain competitive. Your child will need to have the listed materials each college day and as a number of these are consumable, it may be necessary to replace some of these items throughout the year. We have consulted with each year group to ensure all items listed are essential and therefore the total cost to parents/carer’s minimal.
You can also, if you choose, pay the Voluntary contributions at this time. Campion collects this on the college’s behalf.
